Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the conditions of use, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SHIN MASIN (hereinafter 'the Company') and its members for the AI horse racing prediction service (hereinafter 'the Service').
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Company provides the following services: 1. AI-based horse racing prediction information 2. Virtual betting simulation (using virtual currency, no cash conversion) 3. Community services 4. Other services as determined by the Company
Article 3 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)
1. Membership is established when a user agrees to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, submits a registration request, and the Company approves it. 2. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company will process it promptly.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
1. AI prediction information provided by the Company is reference material and does not guarantee accuracy or profit. 2. The Company assumes no responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on prediction information. 3. Virtual currency (Event Coins) used in virtual simulations cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
Article 5 (Paid Services)
1. Use of paid services requires payment of fees set by the Company. 2. Refunds within the subscription period are handled in accordance with applicable laws. 3. If service is unavailable due to system failures, the subscription period will be extended accordingly.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
Members shall not engage in the following: 1. Using another person's information 2. Commercial activities using the Service 3. Interfering with service operations 4. Other activities that violate applicable laws
